Virtual wellness care designed to make support more convenient and accessible.  Rejuvenate offers telehealth visits for metabolic health, hormone concerns, weight management, and onging follow-up care.

  • $175

    A virtual consultation for patients interested in metabolic, hormone, longevity, or weight-management support.  During this visit, we review your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and goals, and discuss personalized next steps, which may include laboratory evaluation, nutrition guidance, and treatment recommentations

  • $75

    A virtual follow-up visit for existing patients to review progress, discuss lab results, and adjust treatment plans related to wellness, hormone therapy, longevity, or weight managmentt.

  • For existing patients already participating in a wellness or weight-management program who need ongoing follow-up and support

  • - Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. 

    - Appointment may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. 

    - Any recommended lab work is billed seperately.
