1. E-Gift Card Redemption:  E-Gift cards purchased online are redeemable for services and products offered at our MedSpa.  They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

2. Expiration Date: E-gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. Lost/Stolen Cards:  We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.  Please treat your e-gift card like cash.

4. Non-Refundable:  E-gift card purchases are non-refundable.

5. Transferability:  E-gift cards are transferable but cannot be resold.

6. Additional Charges:  If the cost of your purchase exceeds the available e-gift card balance, you must pay the difference using another payment method.

7. Cancellations:  Once an e-gift card is purchased, it cannot be canceled.

8. Terms & Conditions:  By purchasing and/or redeeming an e-gift card, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, as outlined here.

9. Changes to Policy:  We reserve the right to change our e-gift card policy at any time without prior notice.

Refer a friend and get $25 in your "Rejuvenate Wallet".  Referral must purchase a service at Rejuvenate by Silvia.  Wallet cash can be used towards any future purchase.  There are no exclusions and your wallet money never expires.  

 

RULES:

• Referral must provide the name of who referred them at the time of service.

• Wallet balance (full/partial) is non-transferable.

• Wallet balance (full/partial) is not redeemable for cash.
