E-Gift Card Policy

  1. E-Gift Card Redemption:  E-Gift cards purchased online are redeemable for services and products offered at our MedSpa.  They cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

  2. Expiration Date: E-gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  3. Lost/Stolen Cards:  We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.  Please treat your e-gift card like cash.

  4. Non-Refundable:  E-gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  5. Transferability:  E-gift cards are transferable but cannot be resold.

  6. Additional Charges:  If the cost of your purchase exceeds the available e-gift card balance, you must pay the difference using another payment method.

  7. Cancellations:  Once an e-gift card is purchased, it cannot be canceled.

  8. Terms & Conditions:  By purchasing and/or redeeming an e-gift card, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, as outlined here.

  9. Changes to Policy:  We reserve the right to change our e-gift card policy at any time without prior notice.

How to purchase E-Gift Card

E-gift cards are delivered via email and can be purchased through the  Client Portal.

 

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Click on the "E-Gift Card" tab

  3. Please read the E-gift Card Policy

  4. Choose your gift card option

  5. Complete all the information

  6. Write your loved one a special message

  7. Carefully choose your delivery timeframe preferences

  8. Gift card(s) will be in your cart and just checkout!!  It's that easy!  

Your E-Gift will be delivered via email!
